At OnPoint Detailing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of auto detailing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been completed. However, partial refunds may be considered if a service was not performed as agreed.
